Members Attending Morning Prayer
Tuesday Noonday Prayer is offered at Twin Pines Adult Care Center at 1:30 p.m. We usually discuss the readings for the upcoming Sunday with some in-depth examination of the gospel for that day. The service is open to all people who are Twin Pines residents and to people in the Kirksville community. The Care Center usually provides refreshments after this service. Service and discussion usually last about an hour; lay leaders take turns presiding at this service.
Wednesday Morning Prayer is offered at 7:30 a.m. in the church. Anyone is welcome to attend this brief 25-minute service to offer thanks, hear the readings and prayers for the day, and to greet other participants. Lay leaders preside at this service.
