The Big Event Cleanup:  April 7 (Saturday). We’ll begin at 9 a.m.  Please volunteer to come do indoor or outdoor work!

Bishop’s Committee:  meets this Sunday (April 8) after coffee hour.  Meetings and open and our proposed agenda is posted on the bulletin board (next to coffee hour calendar) downstairs.

The Little Free Food Pantry – is one year old!  Come celebrate its birthday on Sunday – and bring a nonperishable food item (canned or boxed) to share with hungry people through the pantry.  We will collect and bless the food, and celebrate those who have worked so hard to make the Pantry a success. Thanks to Cybil Wriedt, Kim Nieters, and Karen and Gary Henness for shepherding this project!

Bible Study: Bible Study of the Acts of the Apostles begins Tuesday, April 10, at 6:30 p.m.  Attend as you are able!

Intergenerational Bowling:  ECM has invited Trinity members of all ages to join them for an evening of bowling at Leisure World Lanes on Friday April 13 at 7 pm.

Cram the Chrysler:  Cram the Chrysler (aka Fill the Ford) will be held from 9:00 to 2:30 on Saturday, April 14 at the Kirksville HyVee with followup sorting and counting at the church from noon to 6 p.m.  Please volunteer an hour or two at either site.  Last year we collected 1,228 items weighing 1,070 pounds and valued at $1,612 to give to the Christian Community Food Depot. Anybody up to help break that record??  Sign up sheet is in the undercroft!

Godspell:  Youth from First United Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church, and Trinity Episcopal Church are excited to present Godspell Jr. on April 14th at 7pm at the Presbyterian Church. No ticket purchases are required in advance but a free-will offering will be taken at the show. Anyone is welcome and doors will open at 6:30.

Dismantling Racism:  April 20-21 (Friday and Saturday) – Dismantling Racism – a diocesan workshop will be held April 20 and 21, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day at Trinity Episcopal in Hannibal.  Amy, Diane, and Gene plan to attend.  If you are interested, let Amy know.  There is no cost to attend but reservations must be made by April 13.

Celebration of Ministry: Save the date of May 3rd at 7 pm for our Celebration of Ministry with Bishop Wayne Smith.

Habitat for Humanity:  Trinity has partnered with our local Habitat for Humanity group to pray for good housing in Kirksville and to support the work in any way we can.  One of the things we will do is to provide a short morning devotional and a lunch one day for the Habitat RV Volunteers who will be building a house in Kirksville April 29-May 13.  We will also use our monthly outreach plate collection on April 15 to collect funds to help construct the foundation for that house (which must be poured before the RVers get here.  Please plan to pray, donate, and/or give your time preparing and serving good food to support this project.

Food Depot:  Our Food Depot items for April – Food Stretchers: pasta; noodles, rice, beans.
