Grow With Us

Trinity is a place where the congregation not only fosters spiritual growth for the individual, but also finds ways where we can grow together as a spiritual community.

Some of the activities available to you, should you be seeking a spiritual community, or are already a member of our spiritual community, include:

Choir and Instrumental Music Activities

Trinity is a wonderful place for music lovers. We have an outstanding choir that’s open to anyone interested in participating. For those with instrumental experience, opportunities to perform in string or brass ensembles also present themselves at several points during the year – particularly major holidays.

Adult Formation Activities

Under the leadership of both clergy and lay persons, adult formation activities are organized at various points during the year around special topics texts.

Special Worship Activities

Trinity offers numberous special workshop opportunities, in addition to Wednesday Morning Prayer and the Sunday Eucharist. Annually the congregation organizes a special “Blessing of the Animals” where people can bring their pets for blessing. The church has previously hosted “Liturgy at the Lake,” a service hosted at 1000 Hills State Park. Additional seasonal services during Advent and Lent also punctuate the year.

Community Social Activities

Our hospitality is second to none, thanks to some amazing cooks and members who see fellowship as an important aspect of our Christian life. Coffee hour is held every Sunday after the Eucharist. Potluck meals are common on special holidays and in support of numerous causes associated with Trinity ministries.

Community Prayer Activities

Prayer and contemplation is an important part of our spiritual experience. Trinity organizes various group prayer activities – sometimes in conjunction with seasons on the church calendar. Indivdualized prayer programs and study activities are also available.

Facilities Stewardship

For those who see their ministry in support of the Trinity physical plant, there are opportunities to volunteer for work on the gardens, lawn maintenance, and upkeep of the church and vicarage. Each year members gather for cleaning and gardening efforts that also provide great opportunities for fellowship.
