Church Rummage Sale: August 10 from 8am until 2pm.  Bring your treasurers to the church Aug 5 thru 8, Monday-Thursday evening 6:30 until 8:00.  Come to help price items on August 9 Friday at 6pm.  Sale is Saturday, August 10 from 8am until 2pm.  Volunteers are needed to sign up at the church to help with these times, especially Saturday, August 8:00 until 2:00.

Upcoming Adult Formation:  As part of our ongoing adult formation, this September, we will read The Great Emergence: How Christianity Is Changing and Why by Phyllis Tickle. We will meet for 4 weeks on Tuesday nights. beginning September 3rd at 6:30 pm at Trinity. The book is available to order in a variety of formats from both Amazon and Barnes and Noble online.

Notes From the Bishop’s Warden:

  • Thanks to Gene Croarkin for getting the dangerous metal post removed from the front yard of the church! Also thanks for getting the air conditioning units serviced at the vicarage and church.
  • Thanks to Tim Baker for redoing the lighting in the new Meeting Room. The new ceiling and new lighting (which is dimmable) are just the beginning of the renovations. Look forward to a new place for meetings and small groups.
  • Please consider helping with the Rummage Sale. Help is needed August 5-8, Mon-Thu from 6:30 until 8:00, Fri the 9th at 6:30, and on Saturday the 10th – 2 hour shifts between 8:00 and 2:00. Sign up at church or email Krista kristab@cableone.net

August 23: Concert on the Square with Deadwood

August 24:  Trinity booth at Community Roots Festival on the Square (4-9 p.m.). Volunteers needed.

August 25:  Special Sunday for students and faculty – Barbeque at the church

Community organizations serving our Congolese community to meet, at 1 pm on Saturday, 3 August, in Mary Immaculate Parish Center, 716 E Washington St.  Contact Amy if you want to attend.

Creativity Classes: Learn new things at Trinity + Bring a friend

First Saturday, 10-noon in the Church Hall. Open to everyone!

Students – $5 per session or $20 for all eight.  Non-students – $20 per session of $140 for all 8.
