Congratulations:  Congratulations to Sarah Medina, graduating from Truman State University on May 12.  Thank you for all you have contributed to Episcopal Campus Ministry over these past few years!

Habitat for Humanity:  Habitat for Humanity Build in Kirksville is underway – foundation is done, the walls are up at 1015 North Don St.  Two teams of students from the Vocational-Technical School are assisting.  The RV team for Habitat is amazing.  Some of these folks have been doing this kind of work for 10-20 years.  Keep praying for them – and for the family that will own the house once the work is finished.

Second Saturdays Yoga:  coming up on May 12, 11:45 a.m. in the undercroft. Donation goes to the Little Free Food Pantry.

Sunday School Thanks:  Thanks to the Sunday School classes who made worship such a joy last Sunday, under the direction of Elaine Aubuchon.  We are so fortunate to be able to send our young people to the Presbyterian program.   Thank you, all!

Food 4 Kids:  It doesn’t feel like it yet, but summer is not far away and with it, our annual commitment to feeding children in the parks.  If you have served in the past, you will receive an email next week asking about your summer availability.  If you have not participated in the past but would like to participate this year, please get in touch with Diane.

Dismantling Racism:  The scheduled event has been postponed.  Watch this space for updates.

Bishop’s Committee: meets on Sunday, May 13, after coffee hour.  Meetings are open.  The agenda will be posted by the calendar on the bulletin board.  Approved March minutes are posted there now and will be replaced by April minutes once they are approved at the May meeting.

Food Depot:  Our Food Depot items for May – Boxed side dishes.

Lectionary Readings:

The deadline for next week’s WHAT is Noon, Thursday, May 10.  Please send items to BOTH Kevin Minch at kevin.minch@gmail.com and Natalie Alexander at faymie@gmail.com so that any relevant updates may also be included in the bulletin insert. Please be mindful of the deadline when possible.  Thanks!
